Looks promising. But nothing will top The Dark Knight. I think the bar has been set stratospherically high for comic-into-movie films.

I’m wondering how true to Eisner that Miller’s film will be though. The previews, while visually excellent, looked more like a hyperstylized "Sin City" redux than Eisner’s gritty neo-Roaring twenties/ Depression thrities illustrations of urban corruption and crime.
