I think I will read Novak’s memoir, probably on Kindle. I have other things to read, of course, but I bet his book has many of the small anecdotes that round out the biographies of a lot of famous people.
I met him once. In fact, I introduced him before he gave a speech at the Union League Club. I have a friend who was a very close friend. He was a hard worker who never slacked off, by reliable accounts. The memoir is supposed to be very good.
