Chirol<\/strong> at Coming Anarchy<\/strong> <\/a>produced an intriguing three-part series applying PNM theory to the domestic sphere. PART I<\/a>, PART II<\/a>, PART III<\/a>. And Chirol caught Dr. Barnett’s<\/strong> attention <\/a>on other matters too.<\/p>\n Bruce Kesler<\/strong> at Democracy Project<\/strong> <\/a>has advice for all of you blogging, aspiring, pundits who hope to have an op-ed someday in <\/a>The New York Times<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong> ( also check out Mr. Kesler’s article <\/a>in Editor & Publisher<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>)<\/p>\n Sean Meade<\/strong>, having some Chinese <\/a>at Interact<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Marc<\/strong> at American Future<\/strong> <\/a>has an excellent online Iran Bibliography<\/p>\n John Robb<\/strong><\/a> at Global Guerillas<\/strong> <\/a>has a thoughtful op-ed piece on Iran <\/a>– he has identified the position of the Bush administration very concisely – and offers a brainy paper on how networks evolve Rule-sets <\/a>( one that may look familiar to one Dr. Von<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n Which brings us of course to Dr. Barnett’s<\/strong> <\/a>recent posts <\/a>on Iran<\/a>. I think Tom had the ideal strategic dynamic nailed but this scenario is simply not going to happen ( No offense, Tom – though I’d rather you be right and me be wrong, I think the reverse will shake out, barring some Iranian Lee Harvey Oswald finding a convenient Teheran Book Depository window).<\/p>\n OTOH, I warmly endorse that you check out Dr. Barnett’s “Development in a Box” post <\/a>– big things are happening there with Tom and Steve<\/a><\/strong>. Congratulations, guys !<\/p>\n Eddie at Live From the FDNF<\/strong> <\/a>continues to prod our collective conscience on Dar Fur<\/a>.
