The OODA Loop is a very important concept to understand and one that related to major military schools of strategic thought including both <a href=\"http:\/\/www.defenselink.mil\/nii\/NCW\/\">Network-centric Warfare<\/a> and its rival, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.d-n-i.net\/second_level\/fourth_generation_warfare.htm\">Fourth Generation Warfare<\/a>.
