The Watcher’s Council<\/strong> <\/a>voted my On Afghanistan and Strategy <\/a>post the winner of the Non-council member division of their latest ongoing\u00a0blog competition<\/a>, for which I say “thank you very much”! I have been nominated a few times in the past\u00a0but this was the first time I brought home the gold. Thank you also to Dave Schuler<\/strong> <\/a>for throwing my hat into the ring.<\/p>\n
