The first is a a story regarding <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iranexpert.com\/2003\/namesofsuspects2november.htm\">al Qaida suspect extraditions from Iran <\/a>to third countries and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iranexpert.com\/2003\/supremeleader2november.htm\">second is a hardline threat to renege on Iran&#8217;s nuclear concessions to the IAEA.<\/a>, something that hardliners bitterly had opposed and only agreed to after the EU foregn ministers visit on the eve of the October 31 deadline.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IRAN &#8211; DUPLICITY OR DIPLOMACY ?
