H-Diplo, the academic listserv on H-Net catering to scholars and aficianados of diplomatic history and foreign policy is having the best round of postings that I have seen in years – though at one point I feared it might have to be renamed H-Chomsky. The debate of late has been terrific and it is worth checking out.
