Hi Lee,
.
I have to disagree. While Tom has leveled harsh criticism at the Bush administration he’s also praised them – and continues to do so to this day- on the decision to invade Iraq itself, on Rumsfeld’s good points as SecDef and other very unpopular aspects where it would be easy for him to sit back and play to the yahoos in the media for cheap applause.
.
Secondly, "After Bush" is fine because George W. Bush has had a global impact with his policies and for his response to 9/11. Some of the criticism is justified – in my view the administration blew a strong hand where I very much wanted to see them succeed – on other issues, where Bush is savaged now he may look wise in about twenty years.
We’ve had eight years of an idiosyncratic president. The world will be different once leaves. The title is OK.
More importantly calling it "the World After Bush" will help sell books. That is what titles are for. They are packaging. If the assessment is correct, that the title will cause more people to buy and read the book, all to the good.

To put "the World After Bush" right in the title is a clear manifestation of Bush Derangement Syndrome.

It is a nice looking cover.
