I thought we should check out the “strategy” section of ChaCha’s How Do I Win Rock Paper Scissors Every Time?

Good. Well that’s settled, then?

    I like #5 & #8 the most.

    But really it comes to Observe and the portion of Orient that is historical.
    .
    The real trick is to get people to play RPS instead of either of the two bottom loops in your first photo.
    .
    Or as I like to say, recently:  Get people to focus on developing and deploying cyberwarfare.   Keeps them from focusing so much on acquiring/developing and delivering nukes and chemical or biological warfare.
