Echevarria is more dynamic on the page than at the podium.

Echevarria’s the best Clausewitz methodologist around, imo. Agree with Joseph Fouche’s comment as to Echevarria’s writing, still I do need to reread his latest book in order to be surer I understand his position.
Should anyone have the opportunity to hear Prof E speak, during the break should you have the chance ask him a thoughtful question. His response and his art of response will surprise you . . .
