    The demographic split makes sense when you consider how dangerous the sea route is for refugees. Most women and children end up staying in the camps.

    Yup. Correlation is not causation, and the situations have many more variables thank the quick comparison offered in my twitter-feed which I ported here to ZP can take into account.
