Help Requested: Attempting to Contact Peter Hodge / “Kotare”
Some of you may recall the blogger Kotare a.k.a Peter Hodge, who sometimes commented here and at Chicago Boyz blog. He has been inactive in the strategy-mil blogosphere for several years.
Lexington Green and I have an important issue we need to discuss with Mr. Hodge. The email address he used previously with his blog has not yielded any response.

I don’t know of Kotare or Peter Hodge. Dozens of Peter Hodges on LinkedIn (the only online social network I bother with). Do you have a quick bio or descriptor of him that might help us help you in your distributed search? What is his citizenship? Is he an armed forces service member, for instance, in which case he might be deployed to SW Asia, etc.?

You should be able to identify the IP address he was using from the comments he left. Use reverse IP to identify the location. Then use Zabasearch to find him.

Moon, Peter is from New Zealand and we have tracked him to a semi-active Flickr account and there is some evidence he may be traveling by private boat
