Ancestral voices prophesying war
[ by Charles Cameron — “And ‘midst this tumult Kubla heard from afar, Ancestral voices prophesying war!” ]
.
At 36 minutes and 12 seconds, this video of Bob Dylan‘s Masters of War slowed down “800%” — i.e. to eight times its normal length — may or may not be something you find time for.
It’s eeeeerie, I can tell you that much. And I’m not the only one to post it either — Wired featured it in their birthday greeting to Dylan last year.
If you have the meditative patience for Tibetan chanting, you might want to give Dylan at 1/8th speed a try.

Speaking of prophecies of war, and rumors of war foreign and domestic:
I left a comment on a previous thread discussing the massive unconstitutional house to house Leviathian display of force in Boston. I suggested that we’re seeing a huge amount of agitprop from the “Left” designed to piss off as many Americans as possible and make them fear an imminent Civil War 2.0.
For me a dead giveaway in the comments threads over at David Sirota’s execrable piece in Salon has been those saying, ‘you’re crazy paranoid for thinking the feds want your guns, but I’m looking forward to seeing the military mow ya’ll down with helicopter gunships or incinerate you with drones’. Thank God most people don’t read comment threads.
It’s kinda like a psycho on the street coming into your face and saying, ‘Don’t think I want to kill ya, but I’m gonna kill ya.’
The other giveaway is ‘you’re stupid for thinking you can fight the U.S. military, but we’re going to bring in foreign troops anyway’ (confirming bitter clingers in their UN blue helmet fears).
No typical koolaid drinking lefty would make such statements, since the koolaid drinkers can be distinguished by their readiness to assert that the military would just blindly follow orders to mow down fellow Americans.
Only a trained psyoperator whose studied fearful right wingers for years would carry out such precision guided trolling. We are being trolled, trolled, trolled by professionals, and it ticks me off even though I can see it for what it is.

Per the above, it’s divide and conquer. Get the population as fearful as possible and then come in as the ‘savior’. Problem, reaction, solution.

Very cool! Love it! Just turn it on as computer background music as I do other things.
Of course I also listen to Huun Huur Tu and Hanggai, as well as Tartit from Mali.

http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2013/05/02/Shapiro-Morgan-tyranny I think Mr Shapiro gets it mostly right here. It’s the trolling (and ammo being scarce enough to be a semi precious metal these days) that’s driving this nation into what looks like many people and their government preparing to fight each other.
