You will be required to wear it at work, and if your brain waves show you are not concentrating on the job you won’t get paid. The time will be sliced into quarter-second increments, with a little bar code thing showing how much you earned that day. People who are not concentrating at least 83.5% of the time in any five minute unit will get a mild electric shock. Industry lobbyists will get the government to make it mandatory.
